First try

Well, we are trying to set up the Biggest Loser teams, but there are always obstacles. I didn't type in the URL properly on the biggest loser website, so I had to re-register and use Peter's email. I hope this works! I really want to work together on this, but it seems so hard to do that sometimes.
This week was a "normal" week for me, from a wellness standpoint. It had its good moments - days with lots of fruit and vegetables - and its bad moments - missed workouts and just eating too much! To get better than normal results, I am going to have to have better than normal days....
The goal is 220. I will not miss this goal.
